Otter Air Services

 

A grand opening celebration should live up to its name: truly grand! However, organizing a large-scale event inside a cavernous airport hangar presents unique challenges. Our task was to intentionally and thoughtfully fill the space, showcasing the hangar's incredible features and state-of-the-art aircraft while adding an extra "wow" factor through coordinated, brand-appropriate floral arrangements, rentals, and décor. We also curated a world-class food and bar menu to cater to our discerning clientele and their guests.

Grand Rapids Christian Schools

 
 
 

We were honored to provide event design, floral, and planning services for Grand Rapids Christian Schools' 100-year anniversary celebration. This event hosted nearly 1,000 guests in the spacious DeVos Place Ballroom, which we transformed with sophisticated and eye-catching elements. Drawing inspiration from the school's Carolina blue color, we paired classic ginger jars with airy white and butter yellow blooms. Crisp, white-patterned linens, rental chairs, and towering trees complemented the décor, making this massive space feel warm, intentional, and elevated in the midst of the extensive guest list.

“Last night was spectacular. The room was stunning. The designed experience was cohesive, expressive, intentional, and beautiful. Trees on the stage. Flowers on the table. The colors in the room.
